Brand New User Experience with caniasERP

One of the major innovations IAS offers to its customers in 2019 is the new version of caniasERP, called 8.02. The most important work for this version is the new user experience. With the new user experience offered by IAS, customers will be able to work on caniasERP on any platform they want, while executing their transactions with high performance at the same time. The most striking feature here is that the screens developed with IAS's own software language, TROIA, can be operated on mobile platforms without any additional software or hardware. High-tech companies with high market share have started to make huge investments in mobility. The situation is also the same on the user side. The use of mobile devices and mobile applications in the life of users is large enough to make all old habits forgotten. IAS, with the technology it offers with caniasERP, will have a very important place in these developments and changes in the market. All of our applications in caniasERP are able to work on mobile platforms with this technology. In addition, applications developed specifically for mobile screens also come from the same base. Produced with a single software and a single software language, the applications are presented to users as being available to the desktop and mobile platform without any extra development.

User friendly Process Map

Another work with the new version is caniasERP process map. The process map, which was previously presented and appreciated by users, has now been moved into caniasERP. On top of the process map, the list of all applications in caniasERP is presented in a tutorial and conceptual structure. The processes that can be performed under each module and below are presented to users as a stream. With this new application, users can see the services that caniasERP offers, in which order and in what order. In addition, users can also easily access training documents to learn their operations easily. The list of all these processes is provided by the process documents infrastructure which is presented to the users as a new feature. There is now a document source, which is currently supported in four to five languages, presenting the applications of all modules in caniasERP both in video and in writing. All of these documents have been created with the cooperation of the relevant modules' developers and test experts. All these videos are also available on the caniasERP Youtube channel. The videos provided with subtitle support are an important guide for business processes management with caniasERP.

All processes to be managed on one screen

With the new version of caniasERP, custom cockpits have been developed based on user profiles created and these cockpits are offered to users in almost all of the main modules within the system. Thanks to these cockpits, a user can view all daily transactions on a single screen. With the provided KPIs, users will be able to monitor the summary data and also carry out the operations related to these summary data in a short way in relation to the modules in the system. KPIs that are quite easy and practical to use are supported by specially designed screens and graphics. The new user experience process map, cockpit and process documents mentioned here have an integrated structure. Thus, those who use caniasERP, new beginners or candidates to use it, will be able to see how easy process management can be performed via caniasERP.
