Pakten Healthcare Products started its activities in 2000 as the first diaper manufacturer in the region. Pakten produces 1.6 billion baby diapers, 78 million patient diapers, and 10 million wet towels every year with the brands Önlem, Joyful, Holder, and Curelex in its portfolio. As Pakten, while taking firm steps towards success, we realized that this would only be possible by fulfilling the requirements of the age. Before caniasERP, we used an accounting-based software. As a company that continues to grow day by day, we realized that the biggest requirement is an integrated ERP system. We sought a system in which integrated transactions could be performed and managed.
During our search for ERP, which started in 2015, we primarily identified the needs of all departments. Then, by creating our route, we started our research for a system that includes income and expense statements, costs, budget, order and MRP management, production, and where the relationship of all these can be reported. By the warehouse management system developed specifically for Pakten, we save time by carrying out all our preparations before shipment in a way that is independent of the person and the day before.
Thanks to caniasERP's material code structure, we have created a separate smart code mechanism for all product classes such as finished, semi-finished, raw material, service, expense, commercial materials. With this structure, we have a material card structure that is completely specific to us. Different categories such as stock card type, brand, size and package type within the finished material card structure have become followable separately. In this way, we are able to accurately track material cards in cost, budget and all reports. In addition, after our version transition, we were able to continue without any disruptions in our business processes.
