New Consultant Candidates of IAS in Training at IBA

Increasing its business volume and number of employees day by day, IAS continues to acquire new teammates for almost every department. New candidates to join the team of IAS, which continues to work efficiently during the pandemic process, are carefully selected! IAS Business Academy, which got attention with the caniasERP webinar publications that initiated during the pandemic process, continues to offer an intensive training program on the one hand, and on the other hand organizes pre-trainings for candidates who are planned to participate in IAS consultancy and software teams. Candidates wishing to join the IAS team are expected to successfully complete the two-week caniasERP basic training offered by IBA.

IAS plans to add nearly 50 new consultants and software experts to its team in the near future. Candidates who want to work in IAS are expected to be successful in the two-week basic caniasERP module training offered by IBA. In addition, IAS unit managers attending the trainings as guests observe the candidates in terms of their learning competencies, speed of understanding the process, their wishes and potential. At the end of these trainings, which take place on the online platform due to the pandemic and are offered free of charge by the experienced trainers of IBA, candidates who are successful in the exam are interviewed and recruited. Until now, 25 people have been recruited with this system.
