Çiğdem Dönmez, General Manager of IAS Business Academy, commented on 2020, which they successfully completed and said, “We left behind a difficult year for the whole world. In this period, the wish for "health first" became more meaningful than ever. In this difficult year, which we are very concerned about for all humanity, all institutions have made efforts to continue their business with the same efficiency and without interruption with new ways of doing business by adding new ones to their existing platforms, and it has changed very quickly. As IAS, in 2020, we tried to protect our business, our employees and all our stakeholders in a way that they would least feel the negative impact of this process and improve our business. Despite these challenging conditions, as IAS, we achieved 35 percent growth in our business volume and sales, and 50 percent in our team. We have made many technological changes and improvements in our software, working methods and structure. While we developed our existing products and introduced new versions, we also introduced many new ones to the software and technology market. In addition to our caniasERP solution in the main title of canias4.0 technologies; We have implemented many innovations, including IoT, big data, AI, cloud solutions, iasDB, and caniasIQ. As IBA, we achieved 100% growth in our business volume and sales and 120% in our team in parallel with the growth and development of IAS.”
Dönmez said, “IBA provides service to everyone who manages and plans to manage their business processes with caniasERP with its continuous development mission, knowledge, experienced and expert instructor staff. It offers training services to everyone who aims for a career in enterprise resource planning, is interested in digital transformation, industry 4.0, big data, business intelligence, and wants to improve themselves in these areas. Operating under IAS since 2008, IBA organizes trainings on more than 70 modules in caniasERP software, as well as TROIA development platform, IasDB, caniasIQ, e-transformation, IAS Project Management approach and IoT. In 2020, we added many new caniasERP module trainings, which we offer to our employees, business partners, customers and all enthusiasts in the technology world, while also improving our existing training content. We provided trainings, organized webinars, and held question and answer sessions for all our stakeholders in the IAS ecosystem on everything they needed to carry out their business effectively. During the pandemic process, we provided nearly 3000 man-days of training with our trainings, which we brought to the online platform, and reached over 2500 people with our webinar publications. As IBA, we took an active role in conveying and standardizing our way of working, which we have carried to a more professional level, both in our internal and customer projects. We have contributed to the increase of work efficiency by training our constantly growing global team. In addition to technical trainings such as caniasERP modules, project management methodologies, caniasERP implementation, software engineering, we also added personal development and competency training to our portfolio and started to implement them."
We also asked Dönmez about their goals in 2021, who conveyed their work in 2020. Noting that the momentum will increase even more in the new year, Dönmez said: “We know that 2021 will also be a challenging but successful year. We anticipate that more institutions will invest in the field of digitalization and industry 4.0 and the demand for technological solutions in this field will increase further. In 2021, we will continue to grow and develop with an increasing momentum, increasing our business volume, improving our training portfolio and increasing the effectiveness of our trainings. We will continue our role, which has contributed significantly to the growth and development goals of IAS, as we have done so far. We will work on many innovations and create added value in the effective execution of our work both in-house and in our customer projects. We will train many new and satisfied customers and employees that we will gain, ensure that they get involved in operations quickly and achieve successful projects. In summary, we will continue our efforts to serve IAS's goal of at least 100% growth in all countries. "
