IAS USA Consultants attend training programs at IBA!

Participating in the competition in the USA with its ERP software caniasERP, which produces sector-independent and customized solutions suitable for the needs of companies of all sizes, IAS acts confidently in the US market. Having launched the US operation with its office in Manhattan in December 2019, IAS Inc. grows its team every day. New members of the consulting team came to Istanbul to undergo caniasERP training programs. US consultants attending the caniasERP module training programs given by the expert trainers of IAS Business Academy, participate in advanced and hands-on trainings on 42 modules of caniasERP along with the introduction training and the ones on Sales Management (SAL), Purchasing Management (PUR), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Inventory Management (INV), General Accounting (FIN), BOM Management, BOM, Production Management (PRD), Import Management (IMP) and Export Management (EXP).

Speaking about the training programs given at IBA, IAS Business Academy General Manager Ms. Çiğdem Dönmez says, “IAS applies the same project management methodologies in all its offices all around the world and makes its employees' module knowledge effective with standardized and constantly updated training contents. In this context, the caniasERP module training processes of all our employees are carried out by IBA. The employees of our newly established company in the USA also came to our headquarter in Istanbul to get their training programs. Firstly, we hosted our sales&marketing team working in the US office in December. Now, with a two-week training program, we train our consultancy teams to serve in the USA. Our first goal is to provide both end user and expert trainings to ensure that they acquire the necessary competencies for all caniasERP modules. All the trainings are provided by the expert staff of IBA. When our global employees come here, they also have the opportunity to visit the IAS head office. As IBA, we also provide support for their orientation. Based on the needs that will arise when the knowledge received during trainings is put into practice, the continuity of the process with the second or the third round of training programs will be offered in our offices either in the USA or Turkey.
