What kind of advantages does your Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions provide to companies?
The goal of an ERP systems is to provide business leaders with a high level view of the inner workings of his business. This allowing a customers to quickly understand how each department functions. With an ERP systems such as Caniaserp, customers are able to gain operational effeciencies from key departments and business units. For over 30 yeas, Caniaserp has helped companies both here in Turkey and companies globally  with a fully integrated platform that  covers all key business functions. Our open source developmemnt approach means Canias is platform independent, this allows customers to perform a number of key functions without a consultant or external resources.This translate into reduced installations cost for most customers.
TROIA platform developed by IAS is an object based software language is now available to our customers and allows maximum flexibility and integration with most know business applications and systems.

What is the effect of ERP system on efficiency, can you briefly tell the importance of the system for companies to choose ERP?
Regardless of of business size, the primary goal of all business is to increase market, build brand awareness and return a profit to its investors. ERP systems plays a critical role in terms of providing accurate and reliable data entry to processes such as budget, cost, production, pricing, organization and planning. ERP systems provides companies with scalability and traceability for your processes. Using this tool, companies can interpret their processes, improve them and increase their efficiency. "You Can't Manage What You Can't Measure."

What do you think about the evolution of the ERP industry in Turkey?
We look at the the rate of adaption for ERP systems in Turkey we are very encouraged and remain optistimistic. It is clear that we are not at the same level as more developed countries we are partnering among students and business leaders. We have ssen signs that point ot businesses becoming more aware of the importance of  ERP systems as a business driver and are now more willing to makes investments in ERP to help grow their business.
We are keeping a close eye on this trend and as a result, over the past 2 we expand our operations here in Turkey to meet this need. Last september,our IAS event was a success, so we are very excited about the potential for growth in this space. 

What kind of updates did you bring to your ERP solutions that you have been offering to your customers for a long time in 2020?
In our latest version, we considered different user profiles and the user experiences of our customers. We developed our cockpit applications by designing reports and screens that forms our most frequently used  plans. In addition, we have created the Process Atlas which enables our new customers to quickly adapt to the caniasERP system. They  are now able to find what they are looking for and follow the work flows between applications. We now have  technological innovations and developments to meet the needs of our customers in areas like personal data protection, cloud solutions, automation and Industry 4.0. TROIA, our development platform with IASDB, domain, multithreading, Web Client, Auto Translate, IoTBox solutions provides more flexibility, speed and  many other advantages. We’ve expanded our reach by opening new offices South Korea and Switzerland in 2019 and the USA starting in January of 2020. As we expand into new markets, we will be transferring our experience to our domestic customers. Finally, we created the Competence Center department in our company in order to maximize the transfer of information between our domestic offices and companies abroad.
