Can you tell us about your company?
Taşpınar Carpet operating in the retail sector has a factory, a warehouse and 26 stores. With our company, as one of the largest retailers in Ankara, we have served 750 thousand households so far. When the guarantors are also considered, we have data of people over a million.

How did you know about caniasERP?
We had a lot of data, so digitization was inevitable for us. Our data is over 100 GB. To manage our business processes and keep our data under control, we decided to use ERP software and examined what our competitors in the sector do. Subsequently, we purchased an ERP software, but with it, we could not make any progress because the system could not meet any of our requests and was a very standard program. To customize the program was not also possible. Speed was one of the most important issues to us. We wanted software that could respond immediately and produce quick solutions to problems. We are a rapidly growing company, today we have 26 branches, but we need software that can meet our needs even when we have 150 branches. We serve around 700 thousand people in the field. We continuously develop ourselves. Speed means a lot to us. How was your transition while going-live? Did you face any problems in adaptation process?
In our first attempt, the transition to go-live took about two years. But it was because the process was not managed correctly. After I took over the project, we were able to run all our processes on caniasERP in like six months. The new is always subject to prejudice and it happened here too. 600 people work in our company and it took time to break the bias of the staff but it was all well at the end.

Practical and Correct Reports with caniasERP

In addition to standart version of caniasERP, which developments realized for your company?
Approximately 85 screens were designed especially for our company. Some of these screens were done by Trend Computer, IAS's solution partner. It is not possible to describe the pages one by one, because they are all quite detailed. However, I can say that now thanks to caniasERP, we can follow all our tasks, control our warehouses easily and manage our customer relations smoothly. In addition, all performance evaluations are made on the system. We can report everything about our business processes. caniasERP is a software that can even be preferred for its reporting system only. We have never been able to get reports giving such detailed and clear results in any of the programs we used before.

What has changed in your company since you started to work with caniasERP?
Since the old software we used did not meet our needs, we were always looking for external solutions. It was like a fragmented system where a lot of patches were applied. With caniasERP, we got rid of this scattered structure. Now, we are able to manage our stocks much more efficiently. As a company, we can analyze our pros and cons. The software shows us why we lose and how we gain. We also monitor the performance of our employees on caniasERP. With the call center we manage with caniasERP, we act much faster. Thanks to our offer screens, we perform our sales transactions in a much more practical way. We have made significant progress in customer relations. We launched a ‘Loyalty Card’ application with caniasERP. Our customers collect points each time they purchase a good. In addition, we identify our regular customers here and offer unwarranted shopping opportunities, which made a significant difference in our sales. We believe that with caniasERP, we will grow and advance much faster and more robustly.
